The Great Globetrotter Travel Expo is all about empowering travelers to make the most of their journeys. For this branding and merchandise project, my goal was to create a visual identity that speaks to the heart of exploration, discovery, and maximizing the travel experience.
For the main piece of The Great Globetrotter Travel Expo branding, I took an offscreen approach to visually capture the essence of crafting the perfect vacation. I illustrated key vacation elements and cut out iconic travel destinations, assembling them on a sandy beach scene. This arrangement mirrors the experience of an attendee piecing together their dream getaway, just as they would at the expo—mixing and matching destinations, experiences, and insights to build their ideal trip.
The illustrations can also be repurposed for merchandise. Branded, but also not embarrassing to wear.
